Shelly, I absolutely adore your video with Chelsea. Hearing you speak helps remind me of my strength and the confidence I am building within myself to feel capable and secure in this life journey.

I don’t know if words could ever truly describe how grateful I am to have crossed paths with you.

I feel so much honour to know you, to have worked with you, and to be able to continue to do so.

It brings me great comfort to have been able to develop the deep, true, honest trust I feel with you on a soul level. I am realising how much of that I did not know before now as a human.

I have tears writing this because, while I have had so many beautiful souls and connections in my life, I have always felt alone. I have had a deep suffering within me from before I can remember.

I have had mentors and guides, whether they were my parents, friends or others, but I was always hiding something, always fearing I would get hurt if I showed everything I had and everything I was.

I do not feel that with you.

You have helped hold a lantern for me when all that I could see was darkness.

I feel honoured to have experienced your gift. I will never, ever forget it.

In all this, I feel great honour in allowing myself to embrace my own gifts and that I get to share them with people, that I am always enough just how I am.

I realise how much I love lifting people up, how much I love to help, and how, moving forward, I am learning to embrace that energy and contain it in a way that allows me to give to others without draining that energy from myself.

I am understanding the magnitude of the work and the depths I have gone to feel and heal myself.

I feel I am finally starting to come together. I am finally starting to enjoy slowly taking steps on even ground. I am becoming less shaky in the steps I take.

The healing that has happened while working with you and on my own has opened my soul and has helped me help others open theirs.

I honour the safety you provide. I honour the truth that you speak.

And apart from all that, and honestly, probably most importantly,

I honour the human that you are.
