“There really aren’t many words I can use to sum up my experience with Shelly and her magic. What I went through in that session was like no other, and I felt so safe & held by Shelly. She unlocked things within me that I had hidden within myself & had been holding me back in so many areas of life. The session was truly the biggest breakthrough I’ve experienced and now, the only way I can describe it, is that it feels like my lungs have got bigger, my heart has got bigger. The sensation when I breathe feels like I have more capacity within me, I am allowing more in, more is opening up, and it feels so peaceful.
