My time with Shelly was deeply profound. It’s very hard to put that experience into words, but this was the first time in my life that I felt fully seen, and who I was at that time was “OK”, it was ENOUGH. I felt like Shelly understood me and heard me.
There was deep care and compassion emanating from her the moment I stepped into the room. Despite the fact that there were a lot of things released, I felt so held and so supported every second of it, It was a transformational experience.
I really hope that I get to “co-create” with Shelly again when the time and location aligns – She is one of a kind.
