Extraordinary…..she really has a gift and she was very gentle with both myself and my partner.
In my own personal appointment, she opened some aspects of my childhood that I had not been aware of and she somehow gave me the opportunity to let me allow myself to occupy space…
I am not at all comfortable doing this kind of work, but I very quickly managed to switch off my conscious mind and just let myself go where she took me and it was an amazing experience!
I feel almost hungover this morning and went for a beautiful run through the rice paddies and jungle this morning….it may just be Bali, but I have a beautiful peace over my spirit today.
