Being on a retreat with Shelly has been life-changing. Never have I met someone so potent and strong in her healing work, capable of seeing the truth of someone behind all the layers and masks, while also being so nurturing and loving.
Being on the retreat allowed me to confront some of my deepest shames and wounds of not feeling good enough. Sharing these most uncomfortable parts of myself while being witnessed by the entire group was challenging but also one of the most freeing experiences of my life. When I stop trying to hide these deep parts of myself, I can let go of my masks, stop pretending, and become truly me.
I felt truly seen and accepted for who I am. During the energy sessions with Shelly I could release so much, which has been a true gift. I cannot recommend working with her highly enough. It is the deepest soul work I can imagineβdeep and with so much heart.
