I had my bodywork session with Shelly ten days ago. It has been one of the most life-changing experiences I have ever had.
In this session I experienced such a potent energy release, and since then, I feel a density has lifted from my being, and hasnโt returned. In moments it was pretty painful, but the more I let go and participated in the energy release, it was so manageable, and so very worth it.
Friends and my partner have told me I have changed significantly since the bodywork sessions, and I feel a lightness and more soft-heartedness in me.
I cannot thank Shelly enough for her devotion, and sharing her gifts with us. She has changed my life in the most beautiful ways, through healing sessions, mentoring, and retreat. Even after working with therapists for so many years, Shelly was the first person who really saw me.
The body work session was my absolute highlight so far. I booked another bodywork session before leaving Bali, and I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to experience this again.
